What happens if I go over my monthly scan or lead limit?+
Your QR codes never stop working. Scans keep being tracked up to 150% of your plan's monthly allowance; beyond that visitors still reach your page, but analytics pause until the month resets or you upgrade. Every form lead is always saved — leads beyond your allowance are hidden in your dashboard and unlock the moment you upgrade, including ones already captured.
Can I switch plans at any time?+
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade instantly from your dashboard. When upgrading, your billing is adjusted for the remainder of your billing cycle.
What happens after my trial ends?+
You'll be prompted to choose a plan. If you don't, your account will be paused — your data is never deleted.
Do annual plans auto-renew?+
Yes. Annual plans auto-renew by default. You will receive a reminder email 14 days before renewal, and you can cancel anytime prior to renewal directly from your account dashboard.
Can I get a refund?+
QRBold subscriptions are processed via Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refunds, cancellations, and buyer rights are handled in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy, together with applicable consumer protection laws.
Is Workday or another HRIS included, or is it an add-on?+
Included. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID and Google Workspace all ship with the Business card plan at ₹149/card/month billed annually — there's no connector fee, no minimum contract and no sales call to switch one on.
