What can an AI assistant do in QRBold?

With QRBold connected, an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT can create dynamic QR codes, create and update digital business cards, change the link behind a code, pause or archive codes, show the QR image as PNG or SVG, and report scan statistics — all in your own words, and all saved to your QRBold account.

Create QR codes

Every code the assistant makes is dynamic: the printed code stays the same while the link behind it can change.

  • Make a QR code for https://acme.com/menu and call it “Summer menu”.

  • Create a QR code that opens our Google review page: https://g.page/r/acme/review. Name it “Counter review card”.

  • Create three QR codes named “Booth A”, “Booth B” and “Booth C”, all pointing to https://acme.com/expo.

  • I need a QR code for the PDF at https://acme.com/brochure.pdf — name it “Brochure 2026”.

  • Make a QR code for our WhatsApp link https://wa.me/14155550133 called “Support chat”.

  • Create a QR code for the event page https://acme.com/launch and show me the image straight away.

Create digital business cards

Only a first name is required. The assistant asks for anything important it is missing — it never invents contact details.

  • Create a digital business card for Priya Nair, Sales Lead at Acme, priya@acme.com, +1 415 555 0133, acme.com.

  • Here is my email signature — turn it into a digital business card: [paste signature]

  • Make a digital business card for me using the “Corporate blue” template. Name: Sam Lee, Head of Partnerships, sam@northwind.io.

  • Create digital business cards for these three new hires: [paste names, titles, emails]. Use our default template.

  • Make a card for Dr. Elena Ruiz, Dentist at Bright Smile Clinic, with phone +34 91 555 0199, email hello@brightsmile.es and Instagram @brightsmile.

  • Which card templates do I have? Then create a card for Jordan Park, Realtor, using the one that fits best.

Update and fix things

Changing a link or a phone number takes one sentence — no reprinting, no re-sharing.

  • Change the link behind my “Spring promo” QR code to https://acme.com/summer-promo.

  • Rename the QR code “Untitled 3” to “Lobby poster”.

  • Pause the “Expo 2025” QR code — the event is over.

  • Publish the “Lobby poster” code again.

  • Update Priya Nair’s card: her new title is Regional Sales Director and her phone is +1 415 555 0177.

  • Add my LinkedIn https://linkedin.com/in/samlee to my digital business card.

  • Archive every QR code that has “test” in its name.

Get the QR image

PNG for screens and slides, SVG for print. The image is shown in the chat with a download link that lasts 24 hours.

  • Show me the QR code for “Summer menu” as a PNG.

  • Give me the SVG of my digital business card’s QR code so I can send it to the printer.

  • I need the QR image for “Counter review card” — the large version, for a table tent.

  • Save the SVG for “Beta invite” to public/qr/beta.svg in this project. (Cursor / VS Code / Claude Code)

Design the code

Brand colours, shapes, a logo in the middle, a caption underneath. If a colour pair would stop the code scanning, the assistant refuses and says why.

  • Make my “Summer menu” QR code use our brand blue #1D4ED8 on white.

  • Give the “Counter review card” rounded dots and circular corners.

  • Put our logo at https://acme.com/logo.png in the middle of my digital business card’s QR code, and raise the error correction so it still scans.

  • Add the caption “Scan for the menu” under the “Summer menu” code.

  • This code is going on a printed poster — set the margin so it scans off paper.

  • What colours is my “Lobby poster” QR code using right now?

Share cards with colleagues

Invite someone to edit a card or read its leads and analytics. They get an email and accept in their own account; you can end it at any time. Team and Business card plans.

  • Give priya@acme.com permission to edit Sam Lee’s digital business card.

  • Let our office manager see the leads and analytics on every card — ops@acme.com.

  • Who currently has access to Sam Lee’s card?

  • Remove Priya’s access to that card.

Check scan statistics

Ask like you would ask a colleague. Numbers come from the same analytics as your dashboard.

  • How many scans did “Trade show banner” get this week, and from which countries?

  • Which of my QR codes got the most scans in the last 30 days?

  • Compare scans for “Booth A”, “Booth B” and “Booth C” since the expo started.

  • Give me a short summary of all my QR code scans this month I can paste into a report.

  • What devices do people use to scan my digital business card?

  • Is “Lobby poster” getting any scans at all? If not, when was the last one?

Find and check things

Useful when you cannot remember a name, or before creating a duplicate.

  • List all my digital business cards.

  • Do I already have a QR code pointing to acme.com/menu?

  • What is the public link of Sam Lee’s digital business card?

  • How many QR codes and cards can I still create on my plan?

  • Show me every QR code that is currently paused.

For teams and admins

Bigger jobs in one message. Plan limits still apply, and the assistant says so before it hits them.

  • Create a digital business card for each person in this list, using the “Sales” template: [paste table]

  • Here is our roster as a CSV — make a card for everyone, but show me how you read the columns first: [paste CSV]

  • Make a QR code for every URL below, named after the page title: [paste links]

  • Which of our team’s cards have never been scanned?

  • Create a QR code for each of our 4 office locations pointing to their Google Maps links: [paste]

  • Give every card we just created our brand colours.

Tips that make the assistant more useful

A few habits get better results from any assistant connected to QRBold:

  • Name things as you create them. “…and call it Lobby poster” means you can refer to it later by name instead of hunting for an id.
  • Give the full link. Include https:// so the assistant does not have to guess whether you meant a website or a search.
  • Say which template. For digital business cards, naming the template keeps every card on-brand. Ask “which templates do I have?” if you forget.
  • Ask for the file format you need. SVG for print, PNG for slides and email.
  • Let it ask. If the assistant asks for a missing phone number or company, that is by design — it is told never to make contact details up.
  • Confirm deletions on purpose. The assistant will always check before deleting a card. A clear “yes, delete it” is required.

What the assistant will not do

It will not invent contact details, and it will not delete a digital business card without your explicit yes. It cannot delete QR codes at all — pausing or archiving is the most it can do, and both are reversible in your dashboard. It follows your plan limits exactly as the dashboard does, and it tells you when a number was limited by your plan’s analytics history rather than presenting a shorter period as the whole picture.
